Emre PTFE Lining is a celebrated Turkey, fabricator and distributer of PFA lined tees and FEP, as well as PTFE lined tees providing guaranteed flow solutions within corrosive and high temperature settings. Superior mechanical integrity and long-term resistance as well as excellent chemical resistance characterize our lined tees that are well-adapted for challenging industrial atmospheres. With its operational base in Turkey it provides high-quality PTFE Lined Tees with smooth finish and adjustable designs to ensure efficient flow distribution and long-lasting service in even the most adverse process conditions.
PTFE Lined Tees are specialty pipe fittings applied in joining or separating flow in corrosive or high-purity services. They are lined internally with PTFE, FEP, or PFA and feature excellent resistance to chemicals, heat, and contamination. Tees form an essential component of chemicals, pharmaceutical, and food processing sectors. PTFE Lined Tees are of two types—Equal Tees, all three branches of which are of equal diameter, and Unequal (Reducing) Tees, branch outlet of which is smaller, offering flow direction with size reduction in the pipe.

Handles aggressive and corrosive media safely.
Ensures secure flow without any leakage.
Evenly splits or combines process flow.
Tailored to fit system specifications.
It’s a T-shaped pipe fitting with a PTFE lining, used to branch flow while resisting chemical corrosion.
It provides excellent protection against corrosive and reactive media, increasing system durability.
Equal tees (same branch size) and reducing tees (smaller branch size) are commonly used.
In chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries where clean and corrosion-resistant piping is essential.
The lining is typically flared or locked at the ends to prevent movement and ensure a leak-tight seal.
We are the leading Manufacturer and Supplier of PTFE Lined Pipe, Fittings, Flanges, Spool and Valves in Turkey, Istanbul.
